1. Who we are
Globe Verifiers ("we", "us", "our") operates globeverifiers.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. 2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, WhatsApp/phone number.
- Order details — the service you request and any information you include in your message.
- Verification & delivery information needed to perform the service — for example, business/commercial registration documents, identification, proof of ownership, links to the pages, profiles or domains concerned, and prior correspondence with platforms.
- Account access you choose to grant (such as page or Business Suite admin access) — used only to perform the agreed work.
- Communications — messages you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical & usage data — basic analytics such as pages viewed and device/browser information, collected via cookies/analytics tools (see Section 11).
Partner (affiliate) program: if you join our partner program we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number and payout preference, and we keep records of the referral code we issue you, the orders attributed to it and the commissions earned and paid.
Social keyword interactions: when you publicly comment an advertised keyword (for example "API") on one of our own Facebook or Instagram posts, we process your comment ID, username, comment text and timestamp solely to send you the automated reply you requested and to avoid sending it twice. We do not read or store other comments or your profile.
Referral attribution: if you arrive through a partner's link, the referral code may be remembered in your browser for up to 90 days and attached to an order you place, so we can credit the partner who referred you.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and provide and manage the services you order.
- To prepare and submit applications, documents and requests to platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Wikipedia) on your behalf.
- To communicate with you about your order, including status updates and support.
- To take payment and keep business and tax records as required by law.
- To maintain the security of, improve, and measure the performance of our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR for users in the UK/EU) requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (e.g., to contact you or send marketing messages); performance of a contract (to deliver the services you order); our legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our business); and legal obligation (record-keeping, tax, responding to lawful requests).
5. WhatsApp & messaging
We use WhatsApp and other channels to communicate with you about your enquiry and order. By contacting us, or by providing your number and submitting an order, you consent to us replying through those channels. You can opt out at any time by telling us (for example, reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or email us). If we deliver WhatsApp Business or messaging services for you, those are provided through an authorised Meta/WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, and you remain responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from your own customers.
Where you have given us your WhatsApp number as a client or partner, we may also send you automated service notifications there — order confirmations, status and quote updates, partner welcome messages and commission alerts — and our automated assistant answers order-tracking and partner-code requests you send to our WhatsApp number. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out of these messages.
6. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:
- Platforms — with Meta, Google, Wikipedia, Trustpilot and similar, where required to perform your service (for example, submitting a verification or recovery request).
- Authorised partners & processors — service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, analytics, payment, and authorised WhatsApp Business Solution Providers — under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal — where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a competent authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. TikTok & social publishing integrations
Globe Verifiers uses first-party tools to publish our own brand marketing videos to our own official social accounts, including TikTok. To do this we connect our own account through the platform's official login (for TikTok, Login Kit / OAuth 2.0) and content-publishing API.
When we authorise our TikTok account, we collect and store only what is needed to publish our videos: the account's open ID, display name and profile picture, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens returned by TikTok. This data is used solely to confirm which account will receive an upload and to publish Globe Verifiers' own videos to it. We do not sell, rent or share these tokens or profile details with any third party, they are stored securely with restricted access, and they are used only for this publishing purpose.
Access can be revoked at any time from your TikTok account settings ("Manage app permissions"), which invalidates the tokens; on revocation or on request we delete the stored tokens and profile details. To request deletion, see our Data Deletion page or contact us using the details below. This integration involves only accounts owned by Globe Verifiers and does not collect data from our customers or the public.
8. International transfers
We operate from Libya and serve clients worldwide, and some of our providers operate in other countries. Where your data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected and handled in line with this Policy.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Confidential documents you share are protected under our confidentiality commitments and, on request or on completion, are returned or securely deleted, subject to records we are required to keep.
10. Security
We protect your information with strong technical and organisational measures. Our website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS/TLS, hardened with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy and other modern security headers that guard against interception, tampering and clickjacking. We follow least-privilege access — requesting only the access a job genuinely needs and never keeping it longer than required — and we recommend you enable two-factor authentication and update credentials after work is complete. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact info@globeverifiers.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
The quickest way to exercise your deletion right is via our Data Deletion Instructions page — requests are confirmed within 48 hours and completed within 30 days.
12. Cookies & analytics
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features.
We also use your browser's local storage for site functionality: your language choice, a partner referral code (kept up to 90 days) if you arrived through a partner link, and a short-lived session so you stay signed in to your dashboard. These values stay in your browser and can be cleared through your browser settings at any time.
13. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
