Data Deletion Instructions
Globe Verifiers respects your right to have your data deleted. This page explains what data we may hold and how to request its deletion — including data processed through our Facebook and Instagram integrations.
What data we may hold
- Social interactions: if you commented a keyword on one of our Instagram or Facebook posts, we process your comment ID, username, comment text and timestamp — solely to reply to your request and avoid sending duplicate replies.
- Client data: if you placed an order with us, we hold the details you submitted (name, email, WhatsApp number, order details and uploaded documents).
- Partner data: if you joined our partner program, we hold your name, email, WhatsApp number and payout preference.
How to request deletion
Send your request through either channel:
Include the identifier you interacted with us under (your Instagram/Facebook username, email address, or Order ID) so we can locate your records.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- All data associated with your identifier is permanently deleted within 30 days, and we send you written confirmation once complete.
- Data we are legally required to retain (for example, invoicing records) is kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
