Yaqeen Bank’s Online Reputation Strategy

A client case study, first published in January 2025: how we worked with Yaqeen Bank, a Libyan Islamic bank, on its customer reviews, its social media and what people say about it online.

· Globe Verifiers · Libya

We worked with Yaqeen Bank to help it earn trust online: more reviews from real customers, an active presence on social media, and a close watch on what people say about it. This case study describes that work.

Disclosure: Yaqeen Bank was a client of Globe Verifiers. This case study describes our own work, in our own words; it is not a statement by the bank.

About the bank

Yaqeen Bank, also written Al-Yaqeen Bank, is a Libyan joint stock company that offers banking in line with Islamic Sharia. According to its own website, it began operating under practice permit No. 98 of 2019 and opened its first branch on 19 September 2019.

What the bank wanted

The bank wanted its online presence to do four things:

What we did

What came of it

According to our records, as first published in January 2025, the work made the bank easier to find in search, gave it a steady flow of customer feedback, and gave it channels for answering customers’ concerns.

The original case study gave no figures for any of this, so we cannot show you how large those changes were, and we have not added numbers now. A review count or a search ranking is only worth quoting with its date and its source.

Bank background: Yaqeen Bank’s website, “About” page, as read on 13 October 2026. Trustpilot profile status: Trustpilot, as read on 13 October 2026. The work and its results: Globe Verifiers’ project records, as first published in January 2025. Disclosure: Yaqeen Bank was a client of Globe Verifiers.

Updated 13 October 2026: rewritten for accuracy. “A leading Islamic bank in Libya” is replaced by a plain description of the bank, checked against its own website; “verified Yaqeen Bank on Trustpilot” is corrected to “claimed”, because Trustpilot shows a claimed profile rather than a verified-company label; the aim of getting “as many reviews as possible” is removed; the claim that the bank became “a trusted and reliable financial institution”, which we cannot measure, is removed; the monitoring is described in the past tense; a client disclosure is added; the work is credited to Globe Verifiers (the original named Storified).
